Delete your Corso account and data
You do not need to sign in to use this page.
Corso is a self-custody Solana wallet. It has no Corso account and no Corso profile: your wallet address is your identity in the app, and Corso holds neither your keys nor your funds. That shapes what deletion can and cannot do, so this page says exactly what happens to each thing.
How to ask
Email support@corso.trade with the subject "Delete my data".
You do not need an account, a password, or an app installed to make this request.
What we need from you
- Which sign-in method you used, if any (email, Apple, or Google), and the email address you signed in with — only if you want that sign-in account deleted.
- We confirm the request by replying to the email address that contacted us. Optionally include your install ID from Profile → Privacy to help locate analytics events.
- Never send your recovery phrase or private key. Deletion never requires it. Anyone who asks for it is not Corso.
What gets deleted
| What | What happens |
| Your sign-in account (email / Apple / Google) | Deleted with our authentication provider. This also removes your access to the embedded wallet held under that account. See the warning below. |
| App usage events tied to your install | Turning analytics off stops new events, but it does not by itself delete past ones. If you provide your install ID, we request deletion of the analytics events associated with that ID from our analytics provider. |
| Your support emails | Deleted from Corso's mailbox after 1 year |
| Everything stored on your device | Deleting the app removes it: your app settings, the anonymous analytics ID, and — if you imported a recovery phrase — the phrase in the device's secure storage. Corso never had a copy of the phrase. |
⚠️ Read this before deleting a sign-in account
If you signed in with email, Apple, or Google, your Solana wallet is held under that account by our authentication provider. Deleting the account removes your access to that wallet, and Corso cannot restore it — we hold no key share.
If that wallet holds any assets, move them to another wallet you control first. Once the account is deleted, anything left in that wallet is unreachable. This cannot be undone.
This does not apply if you imported a recovery phrase or connected your own wallet — those wallets are yours and are unaffected by anything on this page.
What cannot be deleted, and why
Being honest about this matters more than sounding accommodating.
Blockchain transactions — permanent, by design
Every send, receive, and swap is a public record on the Solana blockchain. Addresses, amounts, tokens, and timestamps are visible to anyone and are copied by many independent parties around the world.
No one can delete, hide, edit, or reverse them — not Corso, not you, not any provider, not any regulator. This is how public blockchains work. Deleting your data with Corso does not, and cannot, remove anything from the blockchain.
Payment and identity records — held by MoonPay
If you bought crypto through Corso, an independent company (MoonPay) handled your identity verification and your payment. MoonPay — not Corso — holds your card or bank details, your identity documents, and the record of that purchase, under its own privacy policy and its own legal record-keeping obligations.
Corso never received those details and cannot delete, access, or produce them. Send deletion requests for them to MoonPay: MoonPay Privacy Policy · MoonPay Support
Records Corso must keep
Corso may retain limited technical and security records where it is required to by law, or where they are needed to prevent fraud or abuse. These are kept for 30 days.
Your app store
Apple, Google, and the Solana dApp Store hold their own records of your download and any store account. Corso does not control those. Ask the relevant store.
Deleting your sign-in account from inside the app
At first public listing, sign-in account deletion is request-only via this page and support@corso.trade. In-app deletion may be added later.
Removing an imported or connected wallet
Removing an imported or connected wallet from Corso removes it from this device only. The wallet itself is untouched — you still control it with your recovery phrase or with your own wallet app, and it will still show its full history on any block explorer.
If you remove an imported wallet and do not have its recovery phrase written down, you lose access to it. Corso has no copy.
How long deletion takes
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
We will confirm by email when the request is done, and tell you if any part of it could not be actioned and why.
