CORSO @CorsoHQ

Corso Support

Corso is a self-custody Solana wallet. You control your keys — which means some things only you can do, and some things nobody can do. This page tells you which is which, and where to go for each.

How to reach us

Email: support@corso.trade

Email is the only support channel. Corso has no Discord, Telegram, or community server, so anyone offering Corso support in one is not us.

We will never ask for your recovery phrase, private key, or wallet password. Anyone who does — in an email, a chat, a DM, a phone call, or a website — is trying to steal from you, even if they use Corso's name, logo, or a similar-looking address. There is no situation in which Corso support needs your phrase.

Do not post your recovery phrase anywhere. Do not photograph it. Do not type it into any website.

What helps us help you

Your wallet address is public, so sharing it is safe. Your recovery phrase is not.

What to expect

We aim to reply within 5 business days.

Corso is a small team. We answer app and wallet questions. We cannot see your balances or your transactions except what you tell us, we cannot act on your wallet, and we cannot make the blockchain do anything on your behalf.

Things nobody can undo

Corso is honest about this rather than hopeful.

Sent to the wrong address. Solana transactions are final. Once confirmed, they cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded — not by Corso, not by the network, not by anyone. If the recipient is a person or a service you can identify, asking them to send it back is the only route.

Lost recovery phrase, with no other access. If you imported a wallet and lose the phrase and the device, the assets cannot be recovered. Corso has never had a copy of your phrase — that is the point of self-custody, and it is also why this is unrecoverable.

Lost sign-in account. If you signed in with email, Apple, or Google, your wallet is reached through that account. Recover the account with its provider. If the account is permanently gone, Corso cannot restore the wallet — we hold no key share.

A transaction that already confirmed. Whatever it did, it is on-chain and permanent. Corso can help you read it; Corso cannot change it.

Common situations

"Buy is unavailable." Buy depends on our payment partner's coverage for your country and payment method, and it can also be switched off during maintenance or an incident. If it is off, the app says so.

"USDC isn't selectable in Buy." Corso can enable SOL and USDC-on-Solana purchases separately. When USDC is switched off, the app shows the option as unavailable rather than hiding it — you are not missing a setting, and there is nothing to fix on your side.

"I bought USDC and my balance still shows only SOL." Buying USDC on Solana delivers a token, not SOL, and it appears as its own row once it arrives. Pull to refresh. If it still does not appear, send us your wallet address and the MoonPay transaction reference and we will tell you what the chain shows — but only MoonPay can tell you where the payment itself is.

"Which network is this USDC on?" Corso buys and holds USDC on Solana only. USDC on another chain is a different token and will not appear in Corso. Never send yourself USDC from another network expecting it here.

"Swap says there is no route." No route existed at that size for that pair at that moment. Try a smaller amount, a different pair, or again later. Corso will not fake a quote.

"What does Corso charge?" Corso charges a platform fee of 0.85% (85 basis points) on swaps, shown as Corso fee on the review screen before you sign, separately from the Solana network fee. Sending and receiving have no Corso fee — only the network's. Buying through our payment partner is priced by that partner, and its rates and fees are shown in its checkout. If a fee on your review screen differs from what you expected, do not approve it — the fee shown there is the one that applies. See the Terms.

"My transaction failed but my SOL went down." Solana charges a network fee for attempting a transaction, including some that fail. That fee is paid to the network, not to Corso.

"I don't have enough SOL." Sending tokens and swapping both need a small amount of SOL for network fees, and holding a new token can require a small one-time rent deposit for its account.

"Balance looks wrong." Pull to refresh. If it still disagrees with a block explorer, send us the address and the explorer link.

Is it Corso or the network?

Corso can turn features off remotely — during an incident, when a provider is down, or when something is not safe to run. When that happens the app tells you the feature is unavailable instead of failing silently. Your assets are unaffected: your keys are yours, and an imported or connected wallet works in other Solana software regardless of what Corso's app is doing.

Corso does not currently operate a public status page.
