Terms of Service
Effective: 10 August 2026
Last updated: 10 August 2026
THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. SEE SECTION 17. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS.
These terms are an agreement between you and Dinario Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Corso", "we", "us"), about your use of the Corso mobile app and of any web page that Corso operates, however you reach it, including any page used to export a private key. Together these are "Corso" in these terms. By using Corso you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Corso is
Corso is a self-custody Solana wallet. It is software that lets you hold, receive, send, and swap assets on the Solana blockchain using keys that you control, and to start a purchase of crypto with an independent payment provider.
2. What Corso is not
Corso does not take custody of your assets. Corso does not hold, control, or have access to your recovery phrase, private keys, or key shares, and it cannot move, freeze, reverse, or recover your assets. Corso does not hold cash or fiat balances for you, does not operate an exchange or an order book, does not match trades, does not act as a broker or dealer, does not take deposits, and does not pay interest or yield.
Corso is not a bank, an exchange, a broker, or a custodian, and nothing in the app is an account with Corso.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Corso.
4. Where Corso is available
Corso is distributed through app stores that control availability by territory. Buying crypto through the payment provider is available only where that provider supports your country and your payment method, and the provider decides that, not Corso.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. You may not use Corso where doing so would break the law, and you may not use it if you are subject to applicable sanctions or are located in a territory Corso excludes. Corso adds no territory exclusions of its own beyond those imposed by the app stores, by MoonPay, and by applicable sanctions screening. Availability of Buy and other features may vary by region through those providers.
5. Your keys, your responsibility
Corso supports three ways in, and each has different consequences:
- Sign in with email, Apple, or Google. An embedded Solana wallet is provisioned for you by Corso's authentication provider. Access to that wallet depends on continued access to that sign-in account. If you lose that account, or someone else gains it, your wallet is affected. Corso holds no key share and cannot recover this wallet for you.
- Import a recovery phrase. The phrase stays in secure storage on your device and is never sent to Corso. If you lose the phrase and lose the device, the assets are gone. Corso has no copy and can do nothing about it.
- Connect a wallet you already use. Your keys stay in that wallet's app. Corso only asks it to sign; you approve or decline there.
Corso is never your recovery route. No one at Corso can restore a wallet, reset a phrase, or return lost assets. Anyone who asks you for your recovery phrase is attempting to steal from you. That includes anyone claiming to be Corso support.
You are responsible for keeping your device, your device lock, your sign-in account, and your recovery phrase secure.
Exporting a private key. Where Corso offers a way to export the private key for a wallet, exporting it is your decision and your responsibility. Once a key is exported, anyone who obtains it can move your assets, and no one at Corso can stop, reverse, or recover that. Subject to Section 15, Corso is not responsible for loss that follows an export you chose to make, including loss caused by malware, screen capture, observation of your screen, or storage of the key anywhere.
What screen protection actually does. On Android, Corso asks the operating system to block screenshots and screen recording on any screen that can show a key. On iPhone and iPad, a screenshot cannot be blocked. Corso limits what it can there: it asks the system to obscure screen recording and the app switcher preview, and it hides the key when the app moves to the background. Nothing Corso does prevents a second camera pointed at your screen, a device you do not control, or someone standing behind you.
6. Transactions are final
When you approve a transaction, it is broadcast to the Solana network. Once it confirms:
- it cannot be cancelled, reversed, refunded, or edited by Corso, by you, or by anyone else;
- assets sent to a wrong or invalid address are not recoverable, and Corso cannot retrieve them;
- the record is public and permanent.
Always check the recipient address and the amount before you approve. Corso shows you the details and the fees before you sign; approving is your decision and its consequences are yours.
Corso does not guarantee that a transaction will confirm, will confirm in any particular time, or will receive any particular price. Network conditions, routing, and prices change between the moment you see a quote and the moment a transaction lands.
7. Swap fees
When you swap in Corso, Corso charges a platform fee of 0.85% (85 basis points) of the swap, in addition to the Solana network fee and to any price impact or slippage on the route itself.
The fee is shown to you, labelled Corso fee, on the review screen before you sign, separately from the network fee. If the fee shown differs from the rate above, the fee shown on the review screen is the one that applies, and you should not approve a transaction whose fees you do not accept.
Corso may change this rate. Any change applies only to swaps you start after the change takes effect, and the rate in force is always the one displayed to you before you sign.
8. Buying crypto through a payment provider
Corso's Buy feature hands you off to MoonPay, an independent company.
- MoonPay, not Corso, verifies your identity, collects your payment details, processes your payment, sets its own rates and fees, and decides whether to accept or refuse your purchase.
- Your purchase is governed by MoonPay's own terms and privacy policy, which you accept with MoonPay directly. MoonPay Terms of Use
- Corso never receives your card or bank details and never holds your money.
- You choose what you are buying, SOL, or USDC on Solana, before you leave Corso. MoonPay delivers that asset, on the Solana network, to the wallet address shown to you before checkout. Check the address. If an asset is unavailable, Corso stops before checkout rather than substituting a different one.
- Fees are set in two places. MoonPay sets its own exchange rate and fees, and shows them in its checkout before you pay. Corso's partner fee on a Buy purchase is 0 bps at launch; the app must show that zero-fee line before you continue. Corso's 0.85% swap fee (Section 7) does not apply to a purchase through MoonPay.
- Delivery can take time, and once assets arrive on-chain the transfer is final and cannot be reversed by Corso.
- Corso does not add a partner fee to Buy at launch (0 bps, F-10). If that changes, this section and the in-app disclosure must be reviewed and updated before the change is enabled. (T7)
- Payment, refund, chargeback, identity-verification, and purchase-status questions go to MoonPay. Corso cannot see, change, or resolve them.
9. Third-party services
Corso relies on independent providers, including an authentication provider, a payment provider, a swap-routing aggregator, Solana network access providers, and analytics and app-delivery services. They are described in the Privacy Policy.
Corso does not control these services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, pricing, or continued support. Their outages or changes can prevent parts of Corso from working.
10. Availability, changes, and kill switches
Corso can disable features remotely, including sending, swapping, buying, and connecting external wallets, without notice, for example during an incident, when a provider is unavailable, or when a feature is not safe to run. When a feature is off, Corso will say so plainly rather than fail silently.
Disabling a feature never affects your assets. Your keys are yours, and an imported or connected wallet can always be used in other Solana software, whatever Corso's app is doing.
Corso may change, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature.
11. No advice
Corso does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Token prices, listings, routes, and market data shown in the app are informational, may be inaccurate or delayed, and come from third parties.
Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose everything you put in. You decide what to do; you bear the outcome.
12. Acceptable use
You will not use Corso to break the law or to facilitate someone else doing so; to launder money or finance terrorism; to defraud, phish, or impersonate anyone (including Corso); to interfere with, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the app or Corso's services beyond what applicable law permits; to scrape or abuse Corso's services; or to circumvent a geographic restriction, sanction, or a feature that Corso has disabled.
13. Your content and communications
Anything you send to Corso support is covered by the Privacy Policy. Do not send your recovery phrase or private keys to Corso. Corso will never ask for them, and any message that does is not from Corso.
14. Warranty disclaimer
Corso is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Corso does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or free of harmful components, that quotes, prices, balances, or transaction estimates will be accurate or current, or that any transaction will confirm, settle, or confirm within any period of time.
The Solana network, the sign-in provider, the swap router, and the payment provider are operated by others. Corso does not warrant their availability, accuracy, or performance.
Corso does not warrant that any device, browser, operating system, or network you use, including any device on which you view an exported key, is free from compromise.
Some consumer rights cannot be waived. Nothing in this section limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, and where a warranty is implied by law and cannot be excluded, it applies.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corso is not liable for:
- assets you lose, send to a wrong address, or transfer in a transaction you approved, except to the extent the loss results from an instruction Corso itself constructed and Corso's construction of it was grossly negligent;
- a recovery phrase, private key, device, or sign-in account you lose, or that someone else obtains;
- changes in the value of any asset, or any trading, market, or slippage outcome;
- the acts, omissions, failures, outages, or insolvency of the Solana network, the sign-in provider, the swap router, the payment provider, or any other third party;
- any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, whether or not Corso was advised such loss was possible.
A swap either completes or it does not. If a swap fails, no Corso fee is charged.
Corso's total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to Corso is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to Corso on the transaction or transactions giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, and in no event more than USD 1,000 in total.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, recklessness, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dinario Technologies Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, your infringement of a third party's rights, or your use of Corso to harm another person.
If Corso seeks indemnity from you, Corso will give you prompt written notice of the claim, will not settle it without your consent (which you will not unreasonably withhold), and you may control the defence with counsel of your choosing.
This section does not apply to any claim to the extent it arises from Corso's own act or omission, to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or where you are a consumer and applicable law prohibits it.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This agreement evidences a transaction involving interstate commerce, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.
Informal resolution first. Before starting a formal dispute, contact support@corso.trade and give Corso 30 days to resolve it. Most problems are resolved this way, and it costs you nothing.
Arbitration. If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and Corso agree that it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration is conducted by a neutral arbitrator, and the arbitrator's decision can be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction. Any in-person hearing will take place in the county where you live, or remotely if you prefer, and where the rules permit you may participate by written submission.
Who decides what. The arbitrator decides all questions about the interpretation, scope, and enforceability of this arbitration agreement, except that a court, and not an arbitrator, decides whether the class-action waiver below is enforceable and how the paragraph that follows it operates.
What is excluded from arbitration. Either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either of us may ask a court for an injunction to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property. Claims for public injunctive relief are not subject to arbitration and may be brought in court. Nothing here prevents you from reporting a matter to a government agency.
If you opt out, or a claim leaves arbitration. Claims not subject to arbitration are brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware for claims Corso brings, and in Delaware or where you live for claims you bring.
Class-action waiver. You and Corso agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, and the rest of this section still applies to all other claims.
Opting out. You may reject arbitration and this class-action waiver by emailing support@corso.trade within 30 days of first accepting these terms, or within 30 days of the effective date of any material change to this section, with your name and a statement that you opt out. Corso will confirm your opt out in writing and keep a record of it. Opting out affects nothing else in these terms, and Corso will not treat you differently for doing so.
Mandatory consumer law is unaffected. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country or state where you live, or requires you to arbitrate where local law does not permit it.
18. Termination
You can stop using Corso at any time by removing the app. Removing the app does not delete your wallet: an imported phrase remains valid, a connected wallet is unaffected, and a wallet held through the sign-in provider still exists under that account.
Corso may suspend or end your access to the app or a feature. Because Corso holds nothing of yours, ending access does not affect your assets, you keep control of them through your recovery phrase, your wallet app, or your sign-in account.
Sections 2, 5, 6, 11, and 14โ17 survive termination.
19. Changes to these terms
Corso may update these terms. The current version is always at https://corso.trade/terms with the date it took effect. If a change is material, Corso will say so on that page and update the date. Continuing to use Corso after a change means you accept the updated terms, and Section 17 gives you 30 days to opt out of arbitration after any material change to that section.
